We always double check our packages before sending the product to the customers.  Still, sometimes there occur unpredictable instances where the desired product doesn’t get delivered to the customer properly, it

 gets damage during transit or may have manufacturing defect etc. In such circumstances, you need not to worry as we possess a safety cover for you!

 

In case you receive a parcel in a bad condition, it is damaged, or it has any manufacturing defect, you can report us within 3 days after the delivery of the particular parcel.  For example, if you get the package on march 9th, then you can ask for a return request till March12th 11:59:59 pm. You may ask to either refund full amount or get a replacement; choice would always be yours.

 For your refund or exchange, you have to go through the following quick procedure:

 

  • Take a picture of the package in the exact situation you received it along with the shipping label on it.

 

  • Open the package, then take another picture of it in the discovered condition of the product.
  • Next, take one more picture of the damaged product.
  • Then capture one more picture that shows the exact picture of safe areas/pieces  of the product.
